📦 Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment is confirmed. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Designz by Tomeka is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control. If your order is significantly delayed, please reach out to us and we'll do our best to help.

📦 Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at designsbytomeka@gmail.com or call 850-778-0051. We'll work with you to resolve the issue promptly.

📍 Incorrect Address

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. Designz by Tomeka is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
